4 step
analogue sequencer with automatic improvisation. An LFO1 (downleft) is triggering the clock sequencer and the clock divider. Four of the clock sequencers 5V outputs is set up to the four inputs of the linear mixer, forming an analogue fourstep sequencer. LFO2 (downright) is supposed to be the basic tempo clock triggering the S/H as well as other devices such as envelopegenerators. Slow down the LFO2 (downright) driving the S/H and envelopes to the tempo you want. Activate the sequencers clock (LFO1) cycling through the positions at a very rapid rate. You should now be hearing the notes you loaded into the sequencer, but not in their original order. Altering the speed of either clock will change the note pattern being produced. The pattern seem to have a repetitive quality, but since the the clocks (LFOīs) arenīt syncronized the pattern will eventually shift. |
